These are guidelines for every Mod. Please review these requirements before applying. Current or New Mods may be Removed at any time. If they are found to be going against these guidelines.
1) "Neutrality & Fair Judgment."
Please use be Fair in your Judgment as a Mod. Do your best to not choose sides. Be a Neutral Party in all arguments. Put yourself in both there shoes. Do not modify rules tbefitting yourself or your friends. " Enforce the rules!"
2) "Conduct & Self Control."
As a Mod you shouldn't loose control and go berserk on people. Try to remain calm, cool and collective. If these people get on your nerves or openly insult you. Just give them a warning or Inform an Admin. Maintaining your rationality is key to Modship.
On another note keep religion and politics out of the chat box. For these are sensitive subjects. Do not use your authority to push your beliefs down other peoples throat. Everyone has the right to there own opinion but. When you put down someone Else's beliefs. Its like spiting in their face. Ones own personal beliefs is a part of who a person really is. Who are we to deny them of there happiness and who they are?
3) "Insults And Slander."
Now I don't think minor insults are a big deal. But they are still Hurtful. So if a person persists to use minor Insults like Nub,Ass,Shithead or even less inteligent. If they use these words abusively like five to ten times you may issue a formal warning. Now Major Insults will receive an intimidate warning.
4)"Warnings & Banning."
OK Here's How it works.
First Warning (Input The Offense Here.) You Have Four More Warning's Before a two day ban. Please stop the actions that you were taking. (After the Four warning is a member violates the rules again. They receive a two day Ban) Basically the Nect warning you'd say second warning and Three more warning's left. And so On.
Now after they served the Two days of Banning there warning reset. Only this time they get 4 instead of Five Warnings.
First Warning LEVEL TWO! (Input The Offense Here.) You Have Three! More Warning's Before a Four day ban. Please stop the actions that you were taking. (After the Third warning if a member violates the rules again. They receive a Four day Ban) Basically the Next warning you'd say second warning and Two more warning's left. And so On.
Here's the Jist of it.
First time:After five warning's you get a 2 day ban. Then resets after time served.
Second Time Level 2: Four Warnings you get a 4 day ban.Then resets after time served.
Third Time Level 3: Three Warnings you get a 7 day ban. Then resets after time served.
Fourth Time Level 4: Two warning's you get a 14 day ban. Then resets after time served.
Fifth Time Final Level: One warning after that Is A month ban. After a month you can start
off like a new member and Cycle back to the (First Time ) offense.
PS Remember we want to keep people RPing here. And the Banning system is only to Enforce The rules. I mean
It would be boring as hell if we only had a few people playing here am I wrong?
(Keep in mind it takes Five Minor Offenses to Get A Warning and 1 Major offense to receive 1 warning.)_
Now Any Member may Contest a Warning. Just Send your argument to and Admin or a mod. If two Mods or admins Sign your petition to remove a warning it may be done.
5)"Why Be A Mod?"
Mod Perks: Mod's May Have an additional 2 Devil fruit users. And may play Major Npc's when other members challenge them. But Must Rp like the character and do your absolute best to beat them. DO NOT let them win easily.
Admin Perks: Same as Mod But Admins May have an additional Haki Slot.
For perks this seems fine for now more may be added later.
To become an Admin one must be a mod that actively frequently rp's in the forums
