History: Born and raised In Salamthia Vincent Vladmire wanted to become a royal guard at an early age. Furious to find this out when Vincent and Amanda returned. Searched for Dart and Veronica Black but without any Luck... Finding there mentor Shepard F Fate they Sailed off in search of the Royal Airs.
